October 2013 Techno Provider Co., Ltd., was converted to a consolidated subsidiary due to the acquisition of all that company’s shares.
April 2015 Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd., conducted an absorption-type merger of Techno Provider Co., Ltd.
October 2016 Nakan Techno Co., Ltd. acquired Lead Tech Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary through purchase of stock.
