April 2009 Conducted a spin-off-type company split, establishing Phoenix Electric Co., Ltd. as an operating subsidiary.
April 2009 Acquired shares of Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd. and converted the company into a subsidiary.
May 2009 Converted Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd. into a wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange.
June 2009 Established Nakan Techno Co., Ltd.
July 2009 Nakan Techno Co., Ltd. received a business transfer from Nakan Corporation and commenced operations.

October 2013 Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd. conducted an absorption-type merger with Kansai Giken Co., Ltd.
October 2013 Techno Provider Co., Ltd. became a consolidated subsidiary through the acquisition of all of its shares.
April 2015 Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd. conducted an absorption-type merger with Techno Provider Co., Ltd.
October 2016 Nakan Techno Co., Ltd. acquired Leadtech Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary through the purchase of shares.
December 2018 Technolink Co., Ltd. became a subsidiary through the acquisition of all of its shares.
August 2019 Tokyo office opened in Nihonbashi Kodenma-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
January 2020 Sold all shares of Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd. and Technolink Co., Ltd.
December 2020 Head Office was relocated to Nihonbashi Kodenma-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
